This is an absolute minimum Fido FileRequest server runable from nearly
any Fidomailer (like TrapDoor).

I had to write this since ALL Request Servers on AmiNet crashed my machine
sooner or later (including QuickSilver, FFRS, GReq and others) and I
needed a working little tool to allow people frequesting from my 68060
system.
