Pktfile mover for fakepoints and sysoppoints.

Takes care of moving netmail and echomail packets from your tosser
outbound directory to your Fido editor inbound directory (And the other
way around off course :-)). Fileattaches is also handled correctly.

Pktfiles are moved and renamed with a datestamp. Truncating or deleting
of files in the flowfile is handled correctly. And there is lots of
error checking to keep packets from getting lost.

Optional Storepkt script included. Use it to change a string in the
pktfile (Eg. change tearlines) and store the pktfile directly in the
flowfile instead of packing it.

2.0 - Almost a total rewrite of Mat's 1.x versions.
      Fileattaches is now handled 100% correctly.
      So is truncating and deleting of files in the flowfile.
      No longer uses any external commands (Like c:copy).
      Lots of error checks added. Packets can no longer 'get lost'
      because of eg. a missing directory.
      Directory specifications does not have to end in '/' :-) 
      It's a bit faster too.
      Added Storepkt script.

2.0a - Aargh, a wrong (nonfunctioning) version of Storepkt was included
