Description

TicTacFoozle is the computerised version of noughts and crosses making
it much easier to play with other people via local echoes or netmail.
It also erradicates the need to removed multiple quote arrows. When playing
by netmail a certain amount of tweaking will be needed to change the
address and you should not play in an area which contains no mail as your
first message will have no name in the from field - who knows why!
