Log2Html 0.92 (21.02.99)

This program is made for all webmasters (and esp. me:) who need simple, but
powerful AmIrc to Html log converter.
Log2Html is written in portable C (well, almost :)).
Program has been tested with Enforcer. No hits detected.

- 0.9 (14.02.99) - first release
- 0.91 (17.02.99) - internal version - "locale" bug reported by
Andrea Favini.
- 0.92 (21.02.99) - second release with new features: "bracketed" log
converting - thanks to OscarR. Also included script
for easy converting (too :) many files.
