A simple utility for reformatting AmIRC's channel log files (not RAW) into
a more readable layout.  The resulting logfile looks much more like the 
display as seen in AmIRC itself.  User defineable line length defaults to 
75 characters.

Usage: LogFormat [Input File] [OutputFile] {line length}
