This program is a replacement for the built-in 
Chat for MEBBSNet. It's main feature is that you can set
the times that your page facility will be on or off
automatically. Also if you need it, there is a program
to override this time file. Finally, when a user pages 
you a script is executed that can be set to whatever
you desire.
