This plugin allows sending short messages via EZP@gerNG to mobile phones
using the SMS-HTTP gateway http://www.sms-infowelt.de.

To install this plugin just copy over 'plinfowelt.svc' to '<ezpdir>/libs' and
'SMS-infowelt FreeSMS.nwx' to '<ezpdir>/data'.
