Introduction

Have you ever noticed an arexx script on your hardrive called
thor/rexx/bbsread/Filedescr2Comment.br?  No?  Well, this is basically the
smae thing except it's written in C (for improved speed :-).

The program will scan a directory and add a filenote from THOR's filedatabase
to all files.  Say, if you ftp a bunch of files from aminet and keep a
complete aminet filedatabase in THOR you can give all those downloaded files
a filecomment based on their short description on aminet.  Nice if you like
to keep downloaded files.

The program also understands NComm filecomments.  Every file NComm downloads
is given a comment like this:  "Ultima Thule, 3022 cps".  Provided you name
your THOR systems and your NComm phonebook entries the same, this program
will search the filedatabase of the system the file was downloaded from.

For files with an empty comment you can specify a default system to search.
