This archive contains a package allowing YAM users to
use their mailer with East European languages and
remain MIME/RFC1521/RFC1522 compliant.

It is actually meant for polish YAM users only but any
ISO-8859-2 language can be included if there are users
from other EE countries who contact me and supply the
appropriate set of codes to be supported.
