A tool which allocates memory and when done frees it again, enabling
	you to see how a given program behaves when out of memory.
	
	Includes two example programs.

	Features:

	- Supports all currently defined AllocMem flag bits
	- Both absolute and largest-free-relative allocation
	- Works on 1.2, supports 2.04
