catool manages the creation and maintenance of localized programmes
and catalog-files as #?.(cd|ct|catalog).
It uses CatComp to compile the catalog-descriptions and its translations.
This is a beta release - v0.95ß (14.1.1997).
catool requires Kickstart V39+.
