This updates SolarHTML to v2.13.

This update includes a new picture for the recent solar eclipse in europe,
and some new information about the Mars Polar Lander.

Simply copy the .html files into your main SolarHTML draw, and the .jpg file
into the SolarHTML/pic draw.
