Quick port of Extreme Image Converter, an image batch conversion
utility using Qt.

Supports whatever formats Qt has been compiled with :)
At the time of writing, the listed formats are:
bmp, ico, jpeg, png, ppm, tiff, xbm, xpm

You can use Qt DataTypes imageformat plugin to add
all DataTypes formats to this list (may already be installed
depending on the version of Qt being used)
