" S h o w M e L o v e "
(OSS, multichannel, 5:29 mins)
This is some sort of groovy clubtune or whatever that style could
be called, dunno. I admit the bassline is shamelessly stolen from
Armand van Helden's "Professional Widow" mix, but it was no use
replacing it since the organ chordwork is heavily based on it.
The lead line is of course heavily inspired by the cute "Jaques
Your Body" track from Les Rhythms Digitales, but so what, it was
fun to make this track and it makes your head nod when you play
it loud enuff. :) The funny speech is of course Mr Austin Powers,
from the first movie, taken from www.moviesounds.com - why not? :)
The sample quality of this track overall just sucks, but the
drumtrack is really cute and I love those vocoder'ed b-organ
chords. I could've spent a lot more time on that track, but
working on several songs at once, I reached the point where
something just had to be finished and released in order to bother
me no longer. :)
As usual, feedback is highly appreciated, just drop me a line via
email, neurodancer@gmx.de is the address, don't hesitate.
Hail to all true trackers out there!
