This small program to convert RAW audio files to CDDA files.
Do you want to create your own audio CD? But you have only generic audio
mono sampler! So you make 44.1KS/s mono audio sample, write it to disk and convert!
Beware! You will not get any quality improvement, it remains 8 bit quality.
Also you get 4 times bigger output files than source.

USAGE: raw2cdda sourcefile.raw autputfile.cdda
