Realtime CS1x Editor v1.2  (third release)

The RealTime CS1x Editor is a set of about 20 different editors that can be
used  to  edit  ALL  parameters  of performances in the YAMAHA CS1x Control
Synthesizer.

These are the most important changes since the release 1.1:

 1. Fixed Arpeggiator Editor (was broken in v1.1).
 2. Added previously missing parameter: "FC Vari Control Depth".
 3. Added previously missing parameter: "Chorus To Reverb Send".
 4. Added a new editor for Assignable Controllers in CS1x System.
 5. Added "Local On/Off" to CS1x System Editor.
 6. Midi THRU function now automatically switches Local On/Off.
 7. Fixed the Receive *crash* bug!.
 8. Rewrote GUI Engine - faster, better, smaller.
 9. Added Random Performance Generator with adjustable "Fruitcake Level"!
10. It is now possible to add single performances in Bank Manager.
11. Added Save As Bars & Pipes Track.
12. Added Load Bars & Pipes Track.
13. Added Performance Knobs Values Editor.
14. New and Improved Manual Guide.
15. Added automatic "CS1x System Request" feature.
