The Read_MIDI module in the last release of the MusicWeb (1995.006.08)
blew the handling of non-MIDI-events (such as Tempo changes) that were
embedded in a Midifile other than at the beginning of a track. This
caused nasty timing glitches when such files were played back.

This version has that problem fixed.  Those of my accumulated Midifiles
that used to sound a bit peculiar now play a *lot* better...

The executable module will unpack into the `MusicWeb/MODULES' directory,
(replacing the previous version 1.04).
