HighBand V1.2
=============
Allows you to set the DMAVAL of the AGA-Chips,
this allows playing samples with more than 28Khz.
Usage: DMAVAL/N - in the Range from 23 - 255
                  default is 100 (allows 56Khz Samples)

Lower Values=Higher DMA-Rate == Faster Samples possible == Slower Chipram
High Values =Lower  DMA-Rate == Slower Samples possible == Faster Chipram
