Star Wars - Emperor Palpatine's Orbiting Fortress

This is an Reflections model based on the Darkhorse comic "Dark Empire".  One of 
the scenes
drawn by Cam Kennedy is the Empire's ruling planet of Corruscant.  There is a 
"massive"
docking facility that I thought was very well designed but didn't show all of the 
structure.
I took some liberty and finished off the design and then made it into an orbiting 
facility.
I added two docking extensions big enough for Star Destroyers to dock.  I also 
added a fusion
reactor section at the bottom.  It's fun setting up animations for fly-throughs of the 
super-
structure.  Although it's not an "official" part of Star Wars, it could be and it makes for
great battle backgrounds.
