All MUI cycles I've ever seen are either 1) awful flat arrows, 2) even more
awful 3D arrows or 3) nice 3D squares. I really don't see what a raised
square has to do with cycling, so I've drawn this, with a little help from
PPaint. It looks like normal system cycle arrow, but embossed, and is much
nicer then any other I've seen so far IMHO. There are two standard sizes, 11
and 13.

INSTALLATION: Simply copy 'Smolenski' drawer to MUI:Images/ . Then, select
desired size in MUI Prefs.
