Notes: This picture is designed to be viewed in 1024x768 or better.
It is also *really* hard to view decently in 8 bit modes.  XV on unix
does a terrible job and I don't recommend using it.  ImageFX does a
good job with the Tibbett quantizing algorithm and is probably the
best choice if you have to view it in 8 bit.  16 or 24 bit is better.

If you have only 640x400xanything, don't even bother.
