This picture was taken after a six mile hike on the Marufo Vega trail
in Big Bend N.P.  I was situated on a cliff edge, about half a mile from the 
Rio Grande looking into Mexico's beautiful Sierra del Carmen mountain range.
        The distinctive "pico del carmen" is in the center of the shot, and
while it isn't the tallest peak in the park, I certainly think it's the 
coolest ;).
