Six ARexx programs for CygnusEd Pro:

    FormatNewsHeader - Strips and reformats a news article header.
    Left-C-Comment   - Turns the currently marked block into a C-comment.
    Left-/RightShift - In-/outdents the current block.
    MarkRight        - Marks current block with "«".
    Quote:           - Turns the currently selected block into a quote.
