Commodore's hypertext system AmigaGuide is mainly a shared library
(amigaguide.library) which may either be called by an application to
provide an online-help system or by a stand-alone tool to view .guide
files. Commodore's AmigaGuide program (not to be confused with the
AmigaGuide system at large!) is such a tool. AGuide is another.

The main motivation to write AGuide was to fix these two flaws in the
AmigaGuide tool:

     - no file requester support
     - no means to open its own screen


Yeah, I know, both can be circumvented by some plumbing (wild script file
hacking), but that is ugly after all.

On the other hand, in V1.0 of AGuide, not the full functionality of
the AmigaGuide rool has been reimplemented:

     - no support for XREFs
     - no equivalent for the DOCUMENT and LINE arguments
