DiskKicker is a simple commodity to avoid annoying spin up
pauses etc. on hard drives where the power management features
can't be dissabled.  It accepts 2 tooltypes/command line args :-

PATHNAME=
Specifies path where kick files are created/removed

INTERVAL=
Interval between kicks
1=2secs 2=4secs 3=8secs 4=16secs (4secs is default)

I've included the E source code as well, it's just a modified 
RKM example of a commodity.

DiskKicker is Freeware and though i don't expect it to cause any
problems you use it at your own risk.
