2. Additionally the program converts "any" .readme file
to a standard design.

A .readme file is necessary when you upload a file to
Aminet.
The program takes control about the conventions of the
structure, the length of entries and the length of the
name of the file.
There are several programs to create a .readme file in
the Aminet, but all of them are old and does not cover
the new structure of the Aminet-readme-file.
A new and major entry is the group "Architecture", and
this is not supported by the old programs.
The programs I examined where:
uprc, arf-wizard, AmiReadMeGen, ARC, CAR, LazyReadme,
Readmemaker, ReportPlus (Version 4.71), CEDMakeReadme,
Com2Readme, MakeRMThor.
ReportPlus with Version 6 and higher supports the
"Architecutre" field, but does only run with OS 3.9.

Deutsche Beschreibung:
1. Das Programm unterstützt die Erstellung einer
.readme-Datei, die zusätzlich den neuen Vorgaben vom
Aminet entspricht.
2. Darüber hinaus ermöglicht es eine Konvertierung
von .readme Dateien auf ein einheitliches
Erscheinungsbild.
Es übernimmt ab Version 1.3 auch die bestehenden
Zeilen unterhalb der Kopfzeilen.
Eine .readme Datei ist notwendig, wenn man eine Datei
an das Aminet hochlädt.
Es werden beim Aufbau der .readme Datei und der
Namensvergabe auf die Richtlinien des Aminet geachtet.
Es gibt zwar ähnliche Programme zum Erstellen der
.readme Datei, wobei diese alle älter sind und daher
nicht die neuen Strukturen unterstützen.
Hinzugekommen ist nämlich die Gruppierung nach der
Architektur, die in den im Aminet gefundenen
Programmen nicht vorhanden ist.
Die betrachteten Programme waren:
