Why Register?

      The MUI version will be designed for ease of use with:

      - AREXX interface for automating the decoding.

      - AppRegions for those object oriented people, just drag the
        drawer containing encoded binaries into the decode AppRegion
        and sit back!

      - A beautiful looking interface (thanks to MUI)
