SSoft Utils contains:

Garden Designer
  A program for designing layout of gardens.  There may be a Spectrum
  version of this floating around somewhere (it was rated 21° in YSs
  Crap Game Corner), and if anybody manages to get their hands on it,
  please let me know!

Property Protector
  Simple database program for cataloguing all your property.

BetterBootScreen
  A little trick using RAD: which replaces the initial "insert disk"
  screen.
