Literally, BlitzIO is a small commodity gui for monitoring input and output on
your machine. I wrote it originally as just a joystick tester which would work
with both ports and expanded the idea to include a keyboard check routine that
would give me the scan codes for any key pressed as well, which I found usefull
when writing programs that used the keyboard so I didn't have to dig through
manuals to look them up. It's pretty basic what it does, but I may expand on
it as other ideas come to mind or suggestions.

This program has been developed with the aid of the Blitz Support Suite
extension from Red When Excited. Full source code is included.
