This is my update to the original CPULoad 1.0.  It is much more stable, 
and now has command-line options to allow configuring of window position 
+ dimensions and update time-frame.  I also added hash-marks to help with 
the visualization of CPU usage.

The original binary and source is Freeware.  The changes I have made are 
public domain.  See the included readme's and the source file for more 
information and a complete list of changes.
