ShowSystem is nice triton utility for displaying your hardware
configuration using identify library.

Requirements:

OS 2.04+ (Only tested on 3.0)
identify.library 6.0 (included)
triton.library (included)

Installation:

copy identify.library to libs:
copy triton.library to libs:
copy ShowSystem to anywhere you like
