Sphinx: is a console handler like CON: and NEWCON:. 

It has scrollback, a good line editor, non-blocking type ahead,
clipping and pasting to and from the clipboard, a file, or directly into
the input line, iconizing, etc... . It does not have a raw_mode, so commands
like `more' will not work correctly if they try to use a sphinx:
window--keep CON: around for more.

This is beta of version 2.6. It works under 2.0 and 1.3, and _likes_
to have the arp.library available.
