What is runraw ?
================

Well, if you are like me and write a lot of software for BBS's, or like
using BBS style doors off-line without paying for the phone bill, this is
the program for you.

What it does is open up a public screen, and stick a window on it, change
the colours to match a BBS, and run your program.

Translation: Gives you a raw: window with the right colours for BBS doors.
