The icon.library shipped in OS3.9 BB2 (V45.1) and the inoffical update
(V45.4) are for 020+ CPUs only and cant be used for "real" roms.
With this patch to V45.5 the 020+ restriction is gone and changed the
presettings to a OS3.1 compatible style, but remain full OS3.9 compatible.

Only this archive may be freely redistributed. The patched icon.library
generated by it contains code from the AmigaOS 3.9 icon.library and code from
Mikolaj Calusinskis 45.4 patch and is thus subject to the same restrictions
than the original V45.1 or patched V45.4.

Installation
------------

You must have the 45.4 icon.library from Mikolaj Calusinski in your LIBS: directory.
First rename the 45.4 icon.library to icon.library.old, then create the 45.5
icon.library with the spatch command and the icon.pch patch file included
in this archive:

spatch -picon.pch -oLIBS:icon.library LIBS:icon.library.old
