A tool to make links all over your volumes. Complete with GUI. Allows addition
of an icon to the link, including its tooltypes or the default tool's tooltypes
in case the object is a project. Tooltypes can be modified. Objects cabn be
tools, projects and drawers.

WBMakelink can be iconified. Icon is an AppIcon. Windows has a dropzone for the
object.

A file can be linked multiple times to the same destination: the name is then
made unique.

Try it on RAM:. If things go wrong, which I doubt, simply reboot and be done
with it.
