This is an OS Format replacement, offering some features that were missing
from the original Format command.  This program will work in both OS2.04/2.1
and OS3.0/3.1, taking into account features available in OS3.0+.

Adds the ability to install a valid OS2.0/2.1/3.0+ bootblock, and to shut
off the Verifying of tracks.  Also will mark bad blocks as used in FFS/OFS
bitmap blocks.

This is another minor bugfix release.  The size calculations worked kinda
strange under UAE and Amithlon.  This originally was in 1.27, but I had a
hard drive problem about 10 months ago and lost those changes.  Hopefully,
this update works the same.

Note: I have gotten tired of seeing those 'offers' for a free Aminet CD,
that actually is going to cost me almost as much as just buying it from
here within the USA.  As a result, I have decided to change the distribution
of all my software.  I will no longer allow it to be distributed on Aminet
CDs until the 'free' CD for Aminet contributors truly becomes free again.
This policy is subject to change, depending on what happens with Aminet
policy.
