eosfs - Coleco ADAM EOS filesystem tool for DDP/DSK images

Usage:
  eosfs create <image> <preset> [options]
      presets: ddp256   256K DDP (256 blocks)
               dsk160   160K DSK (160 blocks)
               ddp      custom DDP, needs --blocks N
               dsk      custom DSK, needs --blocks N (multiple of 4)
      options: -v, --volume NAME     volume name (<=11 chars)
               -d, --dir-blocks N    directory blocks (default 3)
               -b, --blocks N        block count for custom presets

  eosfs list   <image> [--type ddp|dsk]
  eosfs add    <image> <hostfile> [--name EOSNAME] [--date YYYY-MM-DD]
                                  [--attr BYTE] [--type ...]
  eosfs replace<image> <hostfile> [--name EOSNAME] [--date YYYY-MM-DD]
                                  [--attr BYTE] [--type ...]
  eosfs remove <image> <eosname> [--type ...]
  eosfs extract<image> <eosname> [-o OUTFILE] [--type ...]
  eosfs attr   <image> <eosname> <BYTE> [--type ...]  set the attribute byte
      BYTE is hex/decimal (e.g. 0xD0 or 208). Bits: 0x02 execute-protect,
      0x08 system, 0x10 user, 0x20 read-protect, 0x40 write-protect,
      0x80 delete-protect. 0x01 (not-a-file) and 0x04 (deleted) are rejected.

  eosfs boot   <image> [mode] [--type ...]      set up block 0 (boot block)
      (no mode)              jump to SmartWriter (0xFCE7); the default
      --none                 same: jump to SmartWriter
      --block FILE           install FILE verbatim as the 1024-byte block 0
      --file EOSNAME         load an EOS file already in the image and run it
                             (BLOAD files are detected; raw files load at
                              0x0100 by default)
          --load ADDR        load address override (hex ok, e.g. 0x100)
          --entry ADDR       entry point (default = load address)

Media type is inferred from the .ddp/.dsk extension unless --type is given.
EOS file names may carry a trailing 'type byte' (the char before the 0x03
terminator); runnable binaries use CTRL-B. Give it in any name with a \xHH
escape, e.g. --name 'PROG\x02' (single-quote so the shell keeps the \).
