This is an editor for the Amiga CircleMUD v2.2 #?.wld files.
It currently only supports editing one world file at a time,
but allows a great deal of freedom in moving through-out the
file.  This program can also be used on an Amiga to create
files for any MUD that supports the CircleMUD format.
