DESCRIPTION
Lets you specify the instrumentname, midichannel,
midipreset and volume on the current
instrument without using the mouse.
A nice Con-window pops up and ask
you to set in new values. If no values
are written, the old will still be
present.

Updated 1.3.99: Set instrument name too.
