MPEG audio layer I-III encoder compiled with SAS/C PPC for PowerUP.
Based on the orignal MPEG audio layer encoder sources. Use
runelf to start the elf binary. Increase stacksize to at least
50000

1.4 just has been recompiled with the latest SAS/C beta release and
probably fixes some fpu trouble
