This is an example scene showcasing two new Lightwave plug-ins made by Midwan
of Amiberry fame, namely the pbr.p and lensflare.p plugins. PBR stands for 
Physically Based Rendering. The lensflare plugin scans the final render of a
frame and where the specularity value exceeds a certain limit adds a flare,
producing realistic lens flaring and sparkle-like effects.

This archive contains all the scene, object and image files needed for 
rendering this scene, EXCEPT the plugins. Those can be found in Midwan's 
GitHub repository using the following link:

REQUIREMENTS

------------

A real or virtual Amiga with at least 16 MB of Fast Ram and a working
LightWave 5.0r installation. The example scenes and objects could be working
on earlier or later LW versions in other platforms, although I haven't tested
it.



INSTALLATION

------------

Just extract the archive into your 3D: directory. 

The two plug-ins, namely pbr.p and lensflare.p, have to be present in your
Toaster:Programs/Plug-ins/Layout directory. After that, run Layout and in
Options tab press 'Add Plug-Ins'. Load each plug-in and then quit Layout so
that their entries get saved in LW-Config.
Then you can re-launch Layout, load and render the scene.

You are free to use the object or scenes for your renderings, as long as you
mentioned me in your credits if you broadcast them. This archive may not be
uploaded neither as a whole or in parts to any other repository other than
Aminet unless you ask me first.
