Gayle IDE Driver for AMAX

This is an amhd driver file for AMAX-II for the Gayle IDE hard drive from A600/A1200.
Tested against A-Max version 2.56 on A500+A591, A600 and WinUAE.
It should also work with other hard disk controllers that mimic Gayle.

To install copy the driver scsi.amhd to devs:
A-Max should pick it up automatically.

The source assembly is included. To build, use PhxAss version  4.39.

Tips:
The A-Max File Transfer utility only works from a FFS
partition with 512 byte blocks, and long files names/directory
cache disabled. The partition also needs to be relatively small, under 100MB.
