PippinEVD ShapeShifter 3.11 patch
 ---------------------------------

 This patch makes the PippinEVD work with ShapeShifter 3.11. This is done
 with expense of the ShapeShifter 3.9 support (that is, the 3.11 support
 replaces the 3.9 one).

 The patch applies to PippinEVD 1.1.

 Assuming you have the ShapeShifter and PippinEVD installed, to install:

 > cd PippinEVD-SS-3.11
 > copy "whatever:ShapeShifter/Video Drivers/PippinEVD" ""
 > spatch PippinEVD
 > copy PippinEVD.new "whatever:ShapeShifter/Video Drivers/PippinEVD"
