This is the sequel of my Savage drivers, and this one is optimized for the
PPC boards...
About the speedup: (compared to Savage040-060 (2.41) driver)
in 4bit mode: 45-227%
in 8bit mode: 91-248%
in 15bit mode: 357-401%

This demo version works in 8 bit at resolution 512x384.
