"BINSCII" is an Apple 8 bit universe program for encoding binary files into
an ASCII envelope. 'BINSCII' files usually have either a '.BSC' or a '.BSQ'
file name extension. "unBINSCII" will convert the contents of a 'BINSCII'
file to its original binary format.
